Use our checkout process to submit your order. Pay in advance with any major credit card.
3. Pick up your order.
We’ll notify you by telephone and/or email when your order is ready for pickup. Just come in and pick it up! Don't forget to bring a copy of your original order confirmation email.
Do I need to pay for my order before I pick it up?
Yes. Because orders will often require us shipping furniture from one location to another, we do require that you pay for your order in advance.
Is it safe to use my credit card online?
Our credit card processing system is powered by Authorize.net, a leader in online payments. All credit card transactions are processed on our secure server and encrypted using 128-bit SSL security. Your information is protected at all times.
What payment methods do you accept?
Currently we accept Debit card payments, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover credit cards issued by Canadian financial institutions. PayPal will be available at a later date.
How long do I have to wait until my order is ready?
Depending on your province of residence, your order will usually be ready for pick-up in one to three weeks. Residents in Newfoundland and Ontario can expect average delivery times of three weeks. You will receive a confirmation via telephone and/or email once your order is ready to be picked up.
How long do I have to pick up my order?
Due to space constraints, you are required to take possession of your order within 48 hours of the time you receive notification that your order is ready. Under special circumstances, we may be able to extend this. Please contact your local store if you are unable to pick up your order within 48 hours.
How do I pick up my order?
Just bring your confirmation email (either printed out or on your smartphone) and either a government-issued ID or the credit card you used to submit the order into your local store within 48 hours. Our staff will have your items ready for you.
Refund & Payment Policy
Wicker Emporium will refund any purchase when all of the following conditions have been satisfied:
- Presentation of confirmation email (either printed out or on your smartphone) and product. Also you will be required to present a government-issued ID or the credit card you used to submit the order into your local store within 48 hours.
- Returned goods are in original condition and packaging.
Refunds will be given by the method used to make purchases with the following exceptions:
- Only store credit with original receipt will be issued for items returned after 14 days for a period up to 30 days. Items past 30 days will not be accepted for a refund or store credit.
- Refunds will not be accepted during tax/20% off events. However, managers may use their discretion to process a return if it is a unique or special situation.
- Items 70% off or more are final sale.
Due to space restraints customers are required to take possession of their order items within 48 hours of the time they receive notification of product arrival.
