Returns & exchanges
Refund & Payment Policy
Wicker Emporium will refund any purchase when all of the following conditions have been satisfied:
- Presentation of original receipt along with the product
- Goods are returned within 14 days from the date the customer takes possession
- Returned goods are in original condition/package.
Refunds will be given by the method used to make purchases with the following exceptions:
- We do not offer price adjustments on previous purchases when we run subsequent Temporary Promotions like Tax Free, Storewide Events etc.
- Cash refunds over $100.00 will be refunded either by debit or Head Office cheque.
- Only store credit with original receipt will be issued for items returned after 14 days for a period up to 30 days. Items past 30 days will not be accepted for a refund or store credit.
- All sales are final when Groupon/ Teambuy Coupon is used
- Exchanges or refunds will not be provided on products sold as damaged goods.v
- Gift cards are non-refundable and not redeemable for cash.
- Refunds for purchases made with a gift card will be issued in the form of a credit note.
- Gift receipts are not considered an original receipt. Returns with gift receipts will be issued in the form of a credit note.
- Items 70% off or more are final sale.
- All store product and services are provided on “ As Is” basis , without warranties of any kind
Due to safety and insurance reasons we do not carry heavy furniture to vehicles. Please make sure that you have made arrangements to have someone assist you to remove heavy items that you have purchased.
Due to space restraints customers are required to take possession of their customer orders within 48 hours from the time they receive notification of product arrival.
We are pleased to accept the following methods of payment for your purchase:

- Traveler’s Cheques (In-store only)
- Wicker Emporium Gift Cards (In-store only)
If you would like to return an item purchased on our website, please email firstname.lastname@example.org. We will email you a printable return shipping label to affix to the return package. Repack your item carefully, including all original packing materials, accessories, hardware, and the original packing slip and/or email confirmation. Once the returned package has been received at our warehouse, a refund of purchase price, excluding freight cost, will be issued to your original method of payment.
