We ship to anywhere in Canada! We offer four different shipping options: Sameday Courier H1 doorstep delivery, Sameday Courier H5 room of choice, Purolator Express, and Purolator Ground.
- Free delivery is available if you select our store pickup shipping method.
- Customers are responsible for the transportation of their in-store pickup items. If you have purchased large, heavy items, then one or more people should accompany you to help carry those items from the store to your vehicle.
When will my order arrive?
Orders are normally shipped within 2-9 business days from the date your order is placed. Most ground delivery takes 1-9 business days. Please note that some shipping delays may occur due to circumstances out of our control, such as weather conditions.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail with your tracking number which can be used to track your order. If you haven’t received a tracking number, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
When your delivery arrives
We require our transportation partners to request a signature upon delivery. When receiving your shipping package from the courier, it is very important that you inspect all merchandise carefully before signing the “Proof of Delivery” receipt. If you are unable to inspect your merchandise prior to signing the “Proof of Delivery” receipt for your package (e.g., you cannot fully unwrap or inspect the merchandise), please declare the merchandise as damaged before signing. Signing a “Proof of Delivery” receipt without indicating any damages frees the transporter of all responsibility regarding loss or damage to your goods and prevents us from filing a damage claim with them.
We accept returns within 14 days of your order arriving at your home. Please take special care when opening your purchase to ensure that the packaging is not damaged and can be reused in the event that you decide to return the item.
If you would like to return an item purchased on our website, please email email@example.com. We will email you a printable return shipping label to affix to the return package. Repack your item carefully, including all original packing materials, accessories, hardware, and the original packing slip and/or email confirmation. Once the returned package has been received at our warehouse, a refund of purchase price, excluding freight cost, will be issued to your original method of payment.
We take great pride in providing high quality solid wood hand crafted furniture and accessories to our customers. We work closely with our distribution partners to make sure your merchandise arrives on-time and in good order. If for any reason your order is damaged during transport, please note the damage on the delivery slip before signing to take possession of your purchase.
To initiate the return process, please send a description of the damage and a photograph of the damaged item to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will review your information and contact you with instructions for finalizing the return. If an items arrives damaged, we will replace the item at no extra cost or offer you a full refund of purchase price including transportation cost.
Please note that many of our products are constructed from solid wood and many of our finishes have a rustic and distressed look and feel. We believe that the imperfections in natural solid wood give our products character and a rustic charm. We do not consider imperfections in solid wood or distress finishing to be a defect or damage.
